Refund Policy

At West Education, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all our services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Refunds Before Service Commencement

You are eligible for a full refund or can pause the service without extra fees if none of the following have occurred:

  • No documentation has been submitted

  • No consultation has been conducted

  • No internal qualification mapping has begun

No Refund After Service Begins

Once any part of the RPL process has started, including:

  • Document collection or evaluation

  • Qualification consultation

  • Qualification mapping or assessment

No refund will be issued. This is due to the time, labour, and compliance costs involved. Refunds will also not be provided if:

  • The client provides incomplete, false, or non-aligned documents

  • The client fails to meet eligibility or documentation requirements

Refund for Service Non-Delivery

If West Education fails to deliver the agreed services due to internal error or negligence (not client-related issues), you will receive a 100% refund, processed within 10 working days of formal acknowledgement. This includes:

  • Process not initiated after payment

  • Documents not submitted to the partner RTO

  • Qualification not delivered due to internal failure

If a qualification is cancelled by the issuing RTO (through no fault of the client), we will offer a replacement qualification or suitable alternative at no additional cost.

Pausing and Inactivity

  • You may pause the service for up to 90 days before the RPL process starts.

  • If there is no engagement for over 120 days, the service will be closed. No refund will be issued, and reactivation may incur additional fees.

Submitting Refund Request

  • Include your full name, service details, and supporting documentation.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.

We West Education is not a Registered Training Organization (RTO). We act solely as consultants, providing guidance to students seeking support in their educational journey. Additionally, we collaborate with RTOs to offer consultation services for marketing, branding, and digital growth strategies. While we aim to deliver accurate and reliable advice, our role is advisory in nature, and we do not deliver training, issue qualifications, or represent ourselves as an RTO. For all training and certification matters, students are encouraged to directly contact accredited RTOs.
